The chekku/ghani wheel turns slowly for hours, staying below body temperature so the oil is never heat-stressed — the same stone-and-wood method used for generations, just slower than any machine.
Gravity-settled overnight and cloth-filtered only — no centrifuge, no bleaching, no deodorizing. What's left is exactly what the coconut gave us.
Hand-poured into reusable glass, labelled and sealed in small batches so every bottle is checked by a person, not a line. Return the bottle and we'll refill it.
